Your future role
We seek for an experienced designer eager to get a grip on our design system. Working closely with a design team distributed across CZ, UK and Japan, you will be bringing coherence and clarity to UI across applications and selected R&D projects. Design system is already in place, but the growing scope of our projects calls for a distinct role that will cover this area of our work with high priority. Responsibilities: – Discover. Identify opportunities to make our design system more powerful and scalable. As we are building products for wide range of environments, from office management through team productivity to healthcare, you will have lots of fun. And professional challenges. – Define. Specify and maintain core principles in visual style, typography, spacing, motion and interaction models. Ensure consistency and coherence across our design system. – Design. You, Sketch, symbols. You are friends with each other. You are also familiar with design systems of big players such as Google or Atlassian and you are brave enough to match them. – Deliver. The final quarter is the delivery stage, where the resulting output is finalised, produced and launched. In close collaboration with our front-end developers, you will continually work to improve the overall quality of the design system. Then you share and educate all the required stakeholders along the way (our design team, third-party developers, etc.) – Oh and the name! You can come up with a name for this new thing we are creating together. Who will be a new friend of Material and Lightning?
Requirements: - Have relevant industry experience (2+ years) — no need to have university degree in design. – Are a curious designer with an analytical mind and a sharp eye for details. – Have experience with prototyping tools such as Framer. – Want to grow both professionally and personally.
