To enable us to support their significant growth within the SAP Service Line we are now recruiting SAP C4C Consultant.
Job requirements:Expectations and responsibilities
Good understanding of C4C Business Processes
Gather technical & business requirements and analyze end-user needs
Cross-functional integration skills with SAP Sales and Distribution
Configuration and documentation of new processes/functionalities
Support the development and executing the unit testing, integration and regression testing.
Write functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW).
Work closely with business partners to facilitate solution design and development.
Develop and administer user support documentation. Provide training and support to end users.
Work with onsite/offshore teams
Work on collaborative Scrum/Agile Environment
Experience in Client facing and giving presentations
Open for Travel (minimum 50%)
2+ years of relevant SAP C4C Experience.
Minimum 2 full cycle implementation/roll-out projects
Experience in Areas / Processes like:
o Sales (working knowledge of at least Opportunity, Quote, Sales Order, Billing, etc )
o Service (working knowledge of at least service order, confirmation, service requests, warranty, complaints, etc.)
o C4C UI Concepts (screen configuration, layouts, business roles, and other concepts) Reading & troubleshooting ABAP code
Hands On Experience in C4C Configurations
Should have working knowledge of Middleware and HCI
Knowledge in Standard C4C Integration Scenarios between C4C and ECC/ CRM
Defining the external & internal number range for Account master and Contacts in SAP C4C.
Experience on ID mapping for Integration and Code list mapping.
Capturing and replicating the mapping data from SAP ECC system to SAP C4C system.
Proficiency in English (must have) and additional foreign language(s): German, French, Italian etc.
