Your future role:Blueair is looking for an Accounting Manager to their Finance Department. As a Accounting Manager at Blueair, you will be a part of the expansion of an innovative company. Your placement will be at Blueairs spacious Head Quarters in Stockholm.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- To prepare and support managers decision making by providing the correct picture of the company's financial status
- Conduct balance sheets, financial reports and income statements monthly
- Coordinate the budget process
- Manage and prepare the production of annual reports
- Perform reporting of all taxes
- General cost accounting activities
- Direct contact to corporate paralegals
Job requirements:To fit the position, you need to have an economic background with a bachelor’s degree, you are professionally trained in economics or have equivalent work experience. You have 4-6 years experience of working in accounting and it is an advantage if you have been working in an accounting firm and/or from a Swedish business on the expansion on the international market.
You are an analytic and thorough person who likes to solve problems and you are good at prioritizing your work. You pay attention to details to ensure that the work is done correctly, completely, and to the highest standards. To handle several tasks at the same time and to balance multiple priorities is no problem. You enjoy working independently and wide, but still thrives from belonging to a team where you contribute with positive energy and a nice setting.
Furthermore you have great communication skills and a drive for results. As your work involves networking with internal and external contacts, you need to be a team player and a relationship builder.
You have good skills in working in business systems, such as NetSuite as you will be the owner of the financial parts of the system. Ability to give an input on improvement of processes, procedures and methods for improvement. You have good knowledge in accounting for Swedish VAT as well as international and preferably also International VAT. You need to be fluent in Swedish and English, both in written and oral.
