Your future role:The Product Expert Engineer within our client`s team will have as main responsibility to support their Global LTE broadband customers.
- Dynamic; spirit of initiative; great problem solving skills & delivery skills
- Coordinate with development engineers to reproduce, analyze and debug test failures as well as customer found defects.
- Investigate issues on customer networks and provide relevant information for further investigation. Reproduce customer issues in the lab.
- Built strong expertize in analyzing gateway logs and debug information.
Job requirements:Must-have requirements:
- Telecom & IT Consulting or professional services experience as a technical consultant, service engineer, sales engineer, system engineer, operations consultant or integration and implementation engineer
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with networking devices
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Linux kernel knowledge
