Delivery Hub Senior Account Executive

Your future role:

Reporting to Operations Manager the incumbent is responsible for customer service and product delivery through constant liaison with internal and external clients, suppliers and supply chain contacts on all matters relating to print management.

The Account Executive will select the most appropriate supplier, negotiate costing and timescales for each job, manage benchmark information and ensure that internal procedures are followed at all times. 

In addition, they will work closely together with colleagues in supporting the Operations Manager with daily operations, be organised and follow site best practice processes.

Job requirements:

  • Commercial Print and/or POS and/or packaging experience essential
  • Experience/understanding of Creative & Artwork processes a benefit
  • Commercially strong and numerate
  • Team player, with strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • With a pro-active approach to problem solving
  • Highly organised and with good attention to detail, with good time management skills and able to multitask
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Excellent English skills
