Your future role:

Job Mission
Leadership of the country organisation, including overall long term business development as well as efficient management of the large operation (2000+ employees) up to best practices in order to meet and exceed the customer's expectations while maximising the workplace financial performance.
  • Reporting directly to the CEE Managing Director the holder of this comprehensive and challenging position will be accountable for:
  • Providing leadership to long-term development of the country organization including business development 
  • P&L and KPI's management 
  • Ensuring that the country organization including all the company sites in Slovakia is managed according to exceptional operating standards 
  • Fulfilling contractual service levels to meet all the clients’ expectations including large automotive and FMCG clients
  • Building and maintaining a high performance team, providing professional leadership and creating a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with the Labour Law, working time rules and HSE regulations 
  • Pro-actively attracting further business with the client

Job requirements:

  • Seasoned senior manager with high integrity and strong leadership
  • 10+ years of leadership of high output and fast pace operations within large distribution centres management, with automotive, FMCG or retail experience as strong assets 
  • Successful change management experience 
  • Strong customer orientation, outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent business acumen, including efficient cost and resources management
  • Strong team management and project team management skills
  • Excellent English and ability to communicate in Slovak and/or Czech
